Theoretical part

• Cardiology patient
• patient with renal failure
• patient with liver failure
• patient with endocrine disease - hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism, Cushing's disease/Addison's disease
• patient in emergency condition
• neurological patient

Practical part

• intra-anesthetic complications
• geriatric patient
• patient with respiratory failure, difficult intubations - cadaver exercises

✓ The workshops are intended for veterinarians, veterinary technicians and 5th and 6th year veterinary students.
✓ Participation includes: participation in the theoretical and practical part with unlimited access to hot and cold drinks, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunch, colorful training materials in paper form (binder).
✓ Practical part – will cover:
– discussion of anaesthetic and perioperative complications
– discussing the needs of a geriatric patient undergoing general anesthesia
– respiratory failure and difficult intubations – cadaver exercises
✓ We reserve the right to cancel the workshop if a minimum of 10 participants is not met.
✓ Each participant will receive a training completion certificate and educational points.
