Terms and conditions of participation in the training/conference of the company VetPro Akademia
Terms of Service
1. The organizer of training/conferences for veterinarians, veterinary students and veterinary technicians is Vet pro Akademia with its registered office in Grudziądz, ul. Rodziewiczów 14 86-300 Grudziądz, NIP 5792207184, REGON 367187758;

3. Full information about each training (training description, date, location, description of speakers), including the price offer are available on the website www.vetproakademia.pl in the WORKSHOPS/CONFERENCES tab and in the individual thematic tabs, after selecting
appropriate topics. Each person submitting a report is obliged to familiarize themselves with them.
4. The condition for reserving a place at a training/conference is to make a purchase preceded by setting up a customer account.
5. It is possible to make a deferred payment of 30 days or pay in 3-10 equal installments without interest every 30 days.
6. We are a company with full accounting - for each payment made before the training date we issue an advance payment invoice, and in the month in which the training takes place we issue a final/settlement invoice. Both advance payment invoices and the settlement invoices issued for them make up the entire settlement and should be delivered to the accountants. All invoices are sent exclusively electronically.
7. In the event of withdrawal from participation in the training, the costs will be refunded according to the principles described in the section: Conditions for withdrawal from the training (Policy for the return of goods and costs):

Vet Pro Academy reserves the right to cancel a training due to too few participants or unforeseen circumstances, e.g. illness, accident of the lecturer, forces of nature, etc. even one day before the training date. In such a case, the entire amount will be returned to the payer's account within 7 days.
9. The minimum number of participants guaranteeing the implementation of the training is given in the description of the given training.
10. If there are no places available for a given training, we suggest that those interested sign up for the reserve list – signing up for the reserve list does not involve any fee. When someone on the main list resigns, those on the reserve list are offered a place depending on the time of the training – by e-mail or phone. A person who receives such a proposal after confirming their arrival for the training and taking a place is obliged to pay for participation in the training based on the invoice received by the date of the training or at the time specified on the invoice – with confirmation of the place reservation, information necessary to arrive at the training, they also receive an invoice. Interested people from the reserve list are sometimes invited even two days before the training date, it all depends on whether such an option appears or not.
11. The data provided for issuing an invoice will not change. Please think carefully before entering them, and update if any changes occur.

Training cancellation terms (Refund Policy):
1. Failure to pay the partial or full fee within the specified deadline is equivalent to withdrawal from the course and results in removal from the list.
2. Persons who made the payment:
- in the event of withdrawal from the training more than 2 months before its commencement – they may apply for a 100%* refund;
- in the event of withdrawal from participation in the training within 1-2 months before its commencement – they may apply for a 75%* refund;
- in the event of withdrawal from training between 2 weeks and one month before the start – they can apply for a 50%* refund;
- in the event of withdrawal from the training less than 2 weeks before the start - 100%* of the amount paid is non-refundable.
* A 4% handling fee is charged to the payment operator on the refunded amount.
3. The amount will be returned to the payer's account within 7 days.
4. We accept withdrawals from the training only in writing to the following address: szkolenia@vetproakademia.pl
5. Failure to inform us about withdrawal from the training and failure to appear at the training will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment.

This Privacy Policy describes how Vet Pro Akademia (the “Site” and any variation of the personal pronoun “we”) collects, uses and discloses personal information about you when you visit the Site or use our services from the Site or make a purchase at events.vetproakademia.pl (the “Site”) or otherwise communicate with us in connection with the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
