Regulations of participation in the VetPro Akademia training/conference
Terms of service:
1. Organizer of training/conferences for veterinarians and veterinary students
and veterinary technicians is the Vet pro Akademia company based in Grudziądz, ul.
Rodziewiczów 14 86-300 Grudziądz, NIP 5792207184, REGON 367187758;

3. Full information about each training (training description, date, place, description
speakers), including the price offer, are described on the website www.vetproakademia.pl
in the WORKSHOPS/CONFERENCES tab and individual thematic ones
tabs, once selected
appropriate topics. Every person reporting has an obligation
familiarize yourself with them.
4. The condition for booking a place at the training/conference is to make a purchase
preceded by the creation of a customer account.
5. It is possible to make a payment deferred by 30 days or payment within 3 days
equal installments without interest every 30 days each.
6. We are a company with full accounting - for every payment made before
We issue an advance invoice on the date of the training, and in the month in which it takes place
training, we issue a final/settlement invoice. Both invoices
advance payments and settlement invoices issued for them make up the whole
settlements and should be delivered to the accountants. All invoices sent
are only electronically.
7. People who made the payment:
- in the event of resignation from participation in the training more than 2 months before
its commencement - they can apply for a 100%* refund of the payment;
- in the event of resignation from participation in the training in the period 1-2 months before it
commencement – they can apply for a 75%* refund of payments;
- in the event of resignation from the training in the period from 2 weeks to a month before
starting – they can claim a 50%* refund of the payment;
- in case of resignation from training less than 2 weeks before
commencement - 100%* of the amount paid is non-refundable.
* A handling fee is charged to the operator on the refunded amount
payments of 4%.
8. Vet Pro Academy reserves the right to cancel the training due to too much
small number of participants or random reasons, e.g. illness, accident of the lecturer,
forces of nature, etc. even the day before the training date. In this case, the whole thing
the amount will be returned to the payer's account within 7 days after completion
or postponed to the next training date.
9. The minimum number of participants to guarantee the training is 10 people.
10. If there are no places available for a given training, we offer it to those interested
being placed on the reserve list – being placed on the reserve list is not associated with any

We offer a reserve place depending on the training time - by e-mail or
by phone. The person who receives such an offer after confirming arrival at
training and taking a place, is obliged to pay for participation in the training
based on the invoice received by the training date or within the specified time

we invite you to the reserve list sometimes even two days before the training date,
it all depends on whether such an option appears or not.
11. The data provided for issuing the invoice do not change. Please be accurate

Terms of withdrawal from training:
1. Failure to pay partial or full payment within the specified period is considered equivalent
with resignation from the course and causes being removed from the list.
2. People who made the payment:
- in the event of resignation from participation in the training more than 2 months before
its commencement - they can apply for a 100%* refund of the payment;
- in the event of resignation from participation in the training in the period 1-2 months before it
commencement – they can apply for a 75%* refund of payments;
- in the event of resignation from the training in the period from 2 weeks to a month before
starting – they can claim a 50%* refund of the payment;
- in case of resignation from training less than 2 weeks before
commencement - 100%* of the amount paid is non-refundable.

3. We accept resignation from the training only in writing to the following address:

4. Failure to inform us about the resignation from the training and failure to appear at the training

We assure you that we take proper care of your privacy and in no way
we increase our powers. Your personal data is safe with us, a

The administrator processes your ordinary personal data in the scope of: name(s)
and name, e-mail address, address, company of the represented entity, telephone number,
Bank account number.
In the case of entrepreneurs, we additionally process: NIP, registered office address.
Additionally: number of the license to practice the profession in the case of training
intended for veterinarians.
Vet Pro Akademia does not process your sensitive data. Pass
data in the scope of: company name of the represented entity, NIP, REGON, registered office address
(or name and surname in the case of private individuals) is a statutory requirement
(Act on tax on goods and services of March 11, 2004, as amended, paragraph
106e) in the event that Vet Pro Akademia issues a ticket for you
accounting documents. The consequence of not providing this data is the inability to do so
sales of services offered by Vet Pro Akademia. Provide the others
data is not a statutory requirement and is voluntary, and is not a consequence of them
application is to hinder or extend the time of communication between you and
Vet Pro Akademia (in the case of contact details, i.e. telephone number,
fax number, e-mail address, delivery address) if no number is provided

and service orders. In particular, this data is processed for the following purposes:
communication, conducting marketing activities, including marketing
direct preparation of offers, commercial information, orders,
accounting documents, certificates and other documents that they can produce
necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, to handle complaints and inquiries
related to the services offered by Vet Pro Akademia, as well as in
in order to fulfill the obligations imposed on Vet Pro Akademia by regulations
law, including accounting and tax obligations, and also for purposes
archiving and statistical purposes.
Your personal data are processed on legally justified grounds
